2x warns

I am disappointed in the way these warns have been handled. It has become glaringly obvious with only a handful of hours that the moderation on this server is biased and tends to cater to friends of the admins. For your consideration I will give a few examples of altercations between me and friends of the admins in order to make my point as clear as possible.

 

Incident #1: Harmless nlr and the continuation of a grudge. 

I was playing as King inside of my kingdom. I get raided by a couple of cc users that blew open my base and killed me. I then came back to the kingdom as king and watched from afar as they finished searching my base. I at no point reentered the room that I was basing, I was only a spectator at this point. When the raiders realized my presence they immediately claimed breaking nlr and called me a retard, despite my constant reassurance that I would not interfere and was only watching. They then killed me again before exiting the kingdom portal. Shortly after this I was in a shop owned by these raiders and their friends. One of the raiders then decided to rdm me 3 times in a row as I tried to purchase goods from the store. I reported each rdm and never was given a sit. Shortly after I kill the raider for the very first time inside his base. I was teleported to a sit within 10 seconds after killing the guy who I had reported 3 times for rdming me. After some deliberation I was given a warning for breaking nlr. The guy who killed me now 5 times in a row, including the two times he killed me during the raid, got no reprimand of any kind. 

 

Incident #2: Batman the killer.

I am playing as batman onlooking 4-5 cc's raiding the PD. I kill one with a gun and die to his friends immediately after. I had thought that raiding the PD and shooting at officers inside was cause enough for me to interfere and kill as a vigilante. The CC that I killed requested a sit and I immediately began to apologize and explain how the rules of batman was not completely clear to me and the description of the class does not mention that batman can not use guns. I was quickly brushed off and given no time to explain my position as I was given another warning. Numerous times I reported rdm and I never got a sit, then I kill someone raiding the police station and am hit with an immediate repercussion.

 

I have a sour taste in my mouth from understanding that I ever step out of line and mess with a friend of the admin, I will immediately be spanked with a warning. But a rdm here and there from trusted friends of the admins/mods will almost always go unaddressed and largely ignored. This is especially alarming do to these situations having to do with server rules that are not explicitly described on this forum or in game. Not interfering nlr and killing someone for raiding a pd are hardly obvious rules on any server.
