Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?: the nlr warn was false. I was killed by cobaselic after kidnapping someone else so I came back and kidnapped cobaselic (I wasn’t even aware of this I just saw someone turned around and I took a swing). I was then warned for nlr even tho they are different rp scenarios. Fast forward and there was a base that was made public after I bombed it so I began to micspam. I then started to become a target by everyone and there were constant hits being placed on me even after I was muted. After this went on for a bit I relogged and started micspamming again and same result. Multiple hits being placed on me so I relogged once more. I continue micspamming and apparently a hit was placed on me (which I wasn’t aware about) and I started to get shot at by a hit man so I hit my killbind to avoid being killed. I then found myself in a sit with multiple people and I was gagged almost immediately even tho I was trying to prove my innocence. I must also mention that Ozze (the hitman) admitted to targeting and nothing was done about it. I tried to bring it up in voice chat but like I said, I got gagged before I could. After cobaselic looked at death locations for a bit, he returned to the sit and told me I would be getting a ban. I wanted to say my part but cobaselic refused and proceeded to ban me. Who warned/banned you and for how long?: cobaselic mcstubbins, 8 hours Evidence: N/A at the moment. I will be giving some evidence when I’m at my pc again. It was a different rp scenario tho. And also I know it was failrp but their were multiple red flags raised that wasn’t dealt with properly in the sit. Not only did I not get a chance to try and defend myself, but the other players involved broke the rules and nothing was done about it. I always describe the NLR rule in sits as "don't go back and fuck with what killed you" and you apparently returned to the same guy that killed you out of so many players and tried to fuck with him. I of all people will always endorse "educate over punish" but at the point where this situation is described, you made the intentional choice to go back and fuck with what killed you which is never okay in whatever server you choose to join. Our NLR rules are extremely lax compared to other servers but you still managed to violate them. I do appreciate the name you chose to describe this ban appeal but come on man.
