Report on Moonlightbaby: RDM, RDM again in a sit.

So I have a video here, and it starts off with me killing deathbear and Alnick for taking ammo from my car (It has a KOS sign), and then alnick starts screaming RDM and moonlight runs in, without any information and shoots me. Before I called a mod I checked the parties to see if they were partied, which they were not and she hadn't countered so it was RDM. Also, when I called for a sit, bosco brought me and moonlight tp'd, said "RDM" multiple times and killed me without giving any explanations at all.

While the proper format would of been nice, you do have video evidence which is more than what most people have. Lets run down the list because I have a few questions:

 

• So he was not in the same party as Alnicks and just ran in and killed you?
  
• He also seemed to TP to you after you called RDM but then he just few away it seemed like, was there an explanation for this?
  
• What were you saying in the mic? Although it's hard to justify moonlight in this situation you could of been screaming obscenities for all we know which could of just trigged him to go insane like that.
  
• Were you ever brought back into another sit after he killed you again?
  

Either way, the trial mod did not handle the situation in a very proper way.

As to answer your questions:

1: He was not in a party with Alnick, as that can be seen after I died I checked with !party.

2: I saw he tp'd to me, and as I was in a small tunnel I assumed he missed me which is why I was running back and forth looking for him but it seems like he flew away. No, he did not provide any explanation for this.

3: Apologies for having my mic muted, I have a lot of background noise and when you hear the little buzz when I open console that's the background noise so I juse don't have it record my voice. When I was killing Alnick I explained how he took ammo, and as the car had a KOS it wwas not RDM. When Bosco brought me to the sit I said something along the lines of "Moonlight ran in and killed me despite not being in a party with Alnick, nor countering. He just ran in without any information and killed me." I don't have any proof that I was not screaming at him, but I'm sure that if Bosco heard anything during the sit, he would have said something.

4: After he killed me again, Bosco warned him for a single instance of RDM and that was the end of it. I wasn't brought back nor did moonlight offer any explanation for his actions.

 

Despite moonlight being warned for the instance during the sit (To my knowledge he wasnt warned for the other RDM) I don't think a person who acts like this should be promoted to full mod when he acts like this, which i why I went to the forums.
