Why were you warned/banned?: RDMX2 and NLR

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I killed the two people because one was shanking someone. The other was trying to shank me

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: ZedWard and for 3 Days

Evidence: Logs should prove the first one. The second dude didnt hit me.

While I agree that witnessing someone getting killed seems like a valid reason to kill the guy it is technically not. The only time you would be allowed to defend someone being hurt is if you are in a party with them.

This rule is place to prevent RDM and a lot of crossfire. Technically what you did was RDM since I'm assuming you were not in a party with the guy getting shanked. I see this is your first ban as well so I will forward this appeal

I appreciate you making an appeal BarBar. After I teleported you after a sit I decided to start spectating you. What I have seen is that you killed a person on the street for nothing more than standing there. After you killed that person, another random player ran up to you and started mic spamming in response to you killing someone and running towards you. You then shot him and killed him for just running at you dealing no damage to you and not holding out any sort of weapon.

 

However, I do acknowledge that you are a relatively new player on our server and I am lead to believe that you genuinely thought you were correct. Once again, I appreciate you showing interest in playing on our server again.
