Unban appeal

Trying to get a hold of chat logs to see what was discussed in the hour before your ban. If you literally just made jokes in OOC I don't see how it Is harassment.

 

I agree with the others that you have a temper mate, and you aren't 100% innocent in the situations you've been involved in in the past, such as the RDM of the dude who was annoying you when I was spectating you ingame (I know your reasonings and how he was targeting you at the time). You tend to drag things on after staff deal with it from what I've seen but I may be wrong. My point is please try to ease up a bit, people are trolls online, they feed off being annoying and as you said you're becoming a target because you *feed the trolls*. Please don't take this as an attack on you and regardless of how the appeal goes I hope you take this on board and I hope your gameplay experience is less tainted when you get back online.

 

Will edit later on after work and after I've seen logs of both yourself and silver's chat the hour leading up to your ban.

Jehovah, this is NOT your first time harassing people. As I said before, about a week ago Soshkay and I had to take multiple sits involving you and others going at each other harassing each other. Those who actually did harass you, like si, were warned not to ever do it again, and they refrained. Then, we get a sit about SadBoyo harassing you, even though I believe it was just him fining you for disturbing the peace (you were throwing poop everywhere at people). After that sit, we got a sit from SadBoyo of you IRDMing him by warning him for crossing the street you were on and then killing him. You also did this to others, but we had told you not to go back at SadBoyo, but you still did. So, no, this is not your first time harassing people by any means, I was hoping you'd change when you came back to the server, but it's just that I see no change. You still cuss out staff for doing their job, you still spam sits of 'harassment', even though you're the one who goes after people, and it's just really silly. I think that you need a break to improve and come back a new player. This all being said, I'm still -1 for unban.

Just incorrect. You already -1d this, so i dont need your input again, i think you need to stop being like this, you say you were spectating me than but sadboyo walked up to me and ADMITTED to minging me in that timeframe you claimed to be watching, so you just either blatently ignored him or just werent paying attention, either way it isnt my fault.

Even if he wasn’t paying attention to the other dude this is a ban appeal for YOU, the other dude harassing you also shouldn’t even play a factor. The point you aren’t getting is that YOU fucked up, and that’s why you were banned. Noone gives a fuck what the other guy did because it’s not gonna help your case at all. If you want to post a report on the other dude then do it if not keep the other dude out of here, no one wants to hear the “he was doing it back”

Alright, I've gone through logs from the 20th-22nd and from what I can determine this wasn't really harassment.

 

20th: jew makes the two /anons shown in the report, silver makes a sit

21st: no major ooc or anon interactions

22nd: jew makes one /anon and they both argue a few times over minor stuff

 

The timings between all the different interactions show me that this isn't jew attacking duck 24/7 and constantly fucking with him, its teasing and arguements between them over a few days. Yes, Jew was definitely targeting duck, which i will address in a moment, but I don't believe a month ban is deserved at all for this.

 

I will be reducing this ban from 1 month to 1 week minus time served. It remains at 1 week as staff have had issues with jew and harassment in the past, and jew was targeting duck. But 1 month is not needed. I will be speaking to jew privately to make some things very clear before he returns.
