Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : Because it wasn't a false warrant, and i didn't lie in a sit.

Evidence: I had another player in the sit agreeing with me that they heard the printer sounds, and another player on the server willing to come to the sit and say they heard it too. And their "proof" wasn't shown to me, although they claimed to have sound reducers, many Police on the server still heard it before raiding them. Now if i lied in the sit, why did another play back me up on my claims? why would other pd also claim they heard it if i was lying? also the fact that Zucc said it was a "false warrant" wasn't, iv had a warning for not being specific/ false warrants, so i wouldn't lie in a warrant. Mugen(the player i raided) got upset and went to discord to talk to Zucc, making it unfair that when i was brought to the sit that he had already heard their side not letting me rebut any of their claims. So my question is, if i lied durring a sit why did i have other people back me up? why would another player say they heard it too? Also how was it a false warrant? they had printers like i claimed.

So what makes this fishy to me was the part that you left out. You were raided by them and called them out in OOC earlier. Switched over to a CP class then raid them for hearing printers which I highly doubt given the literal hundreds of sound reducers DamnedOne by himself has.

It seems as if you went to CP to raid them in the thought of knowing they still had your printers. Not only that but in the knowing of things you said that you heard processors as well while in the sit while also stating the guy in the base was AFK. If the guy was AFK in the base how could you hear processors?

I dont care that i got raided, i thought about putting that in the ban appeal thread but thought it didn't matter. But since apparently you think it's "fishy" ill put what happened at that time too.

 

So roughly 10-15 min earlier than the pd raid i was raided by Mugen, they lived down the sewer from us, but we didn't know this at the time. They came in and destroyed me and my friends meth lab, taking our meth and 2 printers which where not mine. So after he raided us, i came back thinking he was done, and he then offered to sell our meth batches (which we hadent sold yet) back to me, i declined and was killed. My friend asked me if we should move and make another base, to which i said naw, its more fun being PD, so we changed jobs. So after 10 ish minutes of being pd, and going back down into the sewers, i heard the printers, and came out saying "we've got a big raid" and gathering about 4+ pd officers, we went down their and heard printers (as another pd member at the sit said) i told Zucc that it could've been a glitched sound, and tried to remake the sound (it didn't work) but the fact that i was banned for "being a liar and false warrant" was completely False. If i have another person in the sit saying that before the PD raid we heard printers, how was i lying in the sit? When other people could also hear the printers it isn't a lie, and the warrants werent false, if (not only us hearing it) but also finding 2 printers that were running, how was the warrant false? how was i lying? I find it FISHY that during the sit, that Zucc was in a discord call with another person (Most likely involved in the incident) and didn't bring them. So i dont understand why i was banned, the fact that other Pd officers also heard the printers made it a bit sus that i was Banned for Lying, and false warrants :/ *Also to add to the processor part, one of my pd officers said they heard them, so i just mindlessly agreed, i head the printers personally*

I was in a discord call which is correct however I was only in a call with DamnedOne at that time (Only for the sit I didn't hear any of it go down) You also never answered my question on the processor thing by the way and the idea he would have a printer running with no sound reducer is ridiculous given that he has so many reducers I have only the literal evidence I am given not hearsay from others. I literally added *Also to add to the processor part, one of my pd officers said they heard them, so i just mindlessly agreed, i head the printers personally* To the last post to point out how i made the mistake of agreeing with the guy. Also again i did answer your questions in the sit, and furthermore how is my claim that we heard the printers false when i had another person saying that they heard it too? And i tried showing you the reason why i might have heard it (Glitched noise). I also asked to bring in other pd members to the sit to ask, if they heard it too, which you didn't, so based off 2 people saying that YES their were printer sounds + another who wouldve agreed (Guy who previously owned the printers base mate + Pd officer) + Other pd members who would've mostly likely agreed, i dont see me being banned for false warrants was viable Much less lying in a sit. If you're talking about the processor part as lying, id also debunk that by saying i play with my sound very high, and can hear processor that are far away, + ive heard their not illegal so i dont make warrants based on processors.

Strange, i read in the !motd that only printers where illegal, AGAIN saying i heard them in the sit was my BAD, Also AGAIN I HAD MULTIPLE PEOPLE SAYING THEY HEARD PRINTERS , had to put that in caps, to push the point that it was justified. If you ask Master_Venturian about the sound glitch i was talking about in the sit he'll agree that it happens. So again i ask if i had multiple people saying they heard it, and proof of a sound glitch that happens. Its not my fault that a server bug could've led to a pd raid there, and topping off the fact that others said they heard it, i was unjustly banned. Just because the player had sound reducers, does not mean that we didn't hear them, if multiple people said they heard it, then obviously they made noise. Also again if multiple people saying they heard it, why is it that you side with someone who says "Sound reducers" again MULTIPLE people said they heard it, so obviously they didn't have sound reducers on it.

This glitch you are talking about with printers making sound only happens to printers in the stolen location. And that is if the printer itself is either destroyed while printing the money or by chance the printer didn't get sound reducers in it and it is still in a pickup box

1. Ive had it to where if you unbox a printer without sound reducers , wherever the print is unboxed it has the sound of the printer at the location of the box + wherever the printer is.
