MNLR

7 days is a bit long especially without a sit, someone was raiding my base and I came back a few times to try and kill them, in retrospect i was being retarded. I thought the ban said 24 hours which in my opinion was appropriate but after waiting 24 hours I realize it's for a week. I was only dragged to a sit for a split second before being put back and was banned a few minutes later, I was planning on apologizing to him and giving him some money for my douchebaggery but never got the chance.

edit: apperently it originally was only 24 hours but was extended do a weak because of yeastwood? not sure what that means

kilobyte

no evidence, sadly my computer isnt good enough to run shadowplay and im to stupid to figure out how to take a screenshot (of the ban thing) in fullscreen.

The way the ban works is that since Cunt Yeastwood is a T-Mod he has to have higher ups extend the bans (ie T-Mods/Trial Moderators can only do bans up to 1 day and ask for an extension)

As for your case you are being honest in the sense that you did break MassNLR, however there was no 'real' sit done I will be talking with Yeastwood

I understand I failed to properly take your sit, and for that I apologize due to failing to allow you to explain your side of the story. That was completely my fault and I have been spoken to by the upper staff members for it about the situation; and I will be more cautious of this failure of due process in the future. It is due to this that I will be ACCEPTING your appeal.

As far as how the ban system works, as a t-mod, I can only ban for 24 hours and have to request to a higher staff member that a ban be extended. As for it being 7 days, any offence in a mass capacity usually carries a 7 day ban as outlined in the punishment guidelines for staff members. However it also mentions a warn is sufficient, and due to you not being able to explain your side of the story, I'm sure your side of the story would have been able to allow me to simply issue a warn seeing as you are genuinely regretful of your actions, and have accepted fault in it. Have a wonderful night, and be sure to more carefully adhere to rules so that situations such as this do not repeat.
