In the end, I rather side with my fellow staff. I trust their decision mkaing and common sense on what is acceptable and not. 

 

Your arguments on the situation are barely even that. Much like grasping at straws to justify the reasoning behind your appeal. Not saying you shouldn’t feel how you feel, but in the end it was just as North Bear said. As an Mod+ we have the responsibility to watch over tmods. While the way of communication would’ve been better, he had reason.

So I see why this would be an issue in most situations. I'm not justifying their actions, in fact iif I found out someone was spectating me without permission I would not hesitate to take administrative action. What I am going to do now is find out for certain who was the one spectating and have a chat with them. I'm also going to speak to Greg and see how he feels about this. Ultimately it was his privacy that was invaded so I want to find out if this is something he is okay with or not. Rest assured, this will be discussed with our superadmins and a decision to punish that staff member or possibly a strike / retraining will be appropriate.
