Reasons why you are reporting: List your story/anecdote/storypiece here. Long story ish ill make a Tl;DR i guess. I was inbetween fountain and bank yesterday afternoon on a plastic prop along with ~20. Then Nuke Launcher the player i described earlier was a hitman. He walked up with a knife, backstabbed multiple people without leaving or pausing inbetween (this is semi-important later) then stabs me. I make a sit and bill the tmod accepts, bill is cool. Nuke gets questioned and says they were all hits including me. Then stated that i was actually a mistake and he killed the wrong person. I checked hitman logs prior and no hits were completed in slogs or in console or in the bubble thing that pops up on the bottom right of a screen after a hit. Bill cant do shit bc he just joined so no logs. Bill calls in another staff member but they haven't arrived after like 5 minutes so nuke gets bored and asked to get returned. I go back to my kidnap dupe. It got time bombed at one point either during the sit or after i cant remember so i try to repaste the dupe. it doesn't work so i rejoin the server and announce this and chat and ask bill to lmk when the next sit is going on.  (I've had this problem some times before and rejoining fixes it every time.) I rejoin and the player is no longer on the server :thinking: i find his steam id bc i saved his logs at some point and he left the server and i cant find im in name change slogs on in the tab menu. I notify bill that he left the server and ask if he left or got banned. bill replied something along the lines of "dont worry he'll catch the ban". and that was that. I didnt see him in ban logs I asked tass later and tass also didnt see anything. 

 

                 TL;DR:Hitman kills me and another person or two and tries to kill another for no reason within a span of ~30seconds and plays them off as hits then doesnt get banned and quickly disconnects

Well I'm not sure why this person was not banned, it's clear he's mass rdming. Bill was demoted so there's nothing more to be said about that.

This guy will be banned, sorry about the confusion.
