I asked you what you were doing prop blocking a player, then you cuffed him and made no attempt to uncuff him. You did not make any attempt to uncuff him that I saw. You did not get near him as I had frozen you. It's not "what you thought was prop block," you were setting off propspam alarms and when I went to you you had someone trapped inside a bathtub. Walter saw you cuff him before and froze you, asking you why you had you were prop blocking a player. So there is no way you could have attempted to cuff or uncuff him after Walter caught you. And why are you saying he wasn't in the bathtub if when Walter asked you what you were doing you said you were "giving him a bath"? Everything here just screams that you are attempting to manipulate the situation to get out of your 3 day.
