Seasonal time of day + add ambient lighting

I would like to see the time of day be based on what season it is :

 

Obv Summer would have longer day time and winter would have longer nights. 

 

I don't think night time should just be at 10 minutes, I think it should at least be 30 mins of night and 30 mins of day, and w/e the season is changes it slightly, winter could be 35-40 minutes, etc.

 

 

Would like to see street lights / lights only turn on when it is dark out.

I don't know if Sugar would put this in, but he should really consider making night longer, I love the lighting and the feeling of night even though it's just a darker skybox with a little bit darker lighting around the map. It still looks really nice and is easier on the eyes.

Extreme yes, I like the idea of longer nights as it adds more time for the goons to die and it further's the dynamics of the day and night cycle. I for one love longer nights as it looks peaceful and calm. I like the suggestion, good job coming up with it
