This is for new and old players alike who are having trouble finding a good way to farm xp. If you have any other tips and other xp farming methods dont be afraid to comment on this thread too! My favorite XP farming strategy would be to start as meth cook. You make glitter since it is very fast and you get a ton of it each batch. You go through the process to get it at a high percentage (90% ot higher) and then freeze the trays. DO NOT put the trays on the place to automaticaly break them. Manually break each tray. It provides a very good amount of xp. Once the trays are broken keep making high quality glitter while using the packets you made. Only press E on a packet once every roughly 5-6 seconds. You will get xp for 2 categories this way. One for eating the meth and the other for eating high quality meth. After about an hour (not on triple xp or with the buyable double xp activated) all three categories (both eating categories and the category for breaking the trays of meth) should be maxed out. If you have the no lifer perk you will get 6 tier 2 lootcrates from this job alone and will have earned about 2000-2200 xp if I am not mistaken. You can also sell the meth for xp too after or keep doing the job to sell it for xp. If you choose to sell it then make sure you pick up each packet individually so you can just talk to the npc and automatically sell it for money and more xp. Once the meth cook xp is done with you will want to swap to spirit caller. Make sure you have a bunch of armor packs and healing items or a makeshift medkit. You will want to harvest all the xp off of yourself. This will get your spirit caller xp about 2/3 or 3/4 of the way finished. You will then want to swap to either a cop or a shipwreck diver. Farm xp as the shipwreck diver or become a cop and do the following. As a cop (detective is very good for this for even more xp than a basic cop) you will want to stun (do not stungun abuse as it will not get more xp than just normally stunning), then cuff people who have bounties. This provides tons of xp alone. Then you will fine them for their bounties to hopefully have them pay so you can get more xp. Max out your categories as a cop then (if you have not already farmed xp as it) swap to shipwreck diver and farm its xp. Finish off the spirit caller xp at this point and (if you have the nolifer perk) get your (if i am counting correctly) thirteenth and fourteenth tier 2 crates for the day. Also being a cook makes a lot of xp if you want bonus xp and have the resources for it. Just be sure to use one base ingredient and 2 bonus ones to get the xp from it. This is the xp farm I have been using and it has basically made me fly through leveling and prestiging. This is a decent resource for checking the xp but I am not sure how up to date it is or if it has everything: I hope this helps some of you!

Administrator Role Responsibilities As an Administrator, you will be an assistant to the Head Administrators. You will be managing the same team your team leader is managing. You will be assigned different duties such as keeping tabs on certain staff members / community members or investigating various issues with our staff tools. This role is more specific, usually down the individual level. Your main goal is to ensure the staff team and community is running efficiently. Examples include talking to other staff members, resolving drama between players and making TitsRP a fun and exciting community to be a part of. If holes start to form, your duty is to communicate with all Head Administrators to get them resolved. You must be able to work on a small team, medium team and a large team as you will be working with your Head Administrator, Super Admins and other staff members. Requirements Age 16+ Have been in the TitsRP community for at least 6 months Have a deep passion to make TitsRP grow as a community Able to commit 20+ hours a month to the TitsRP Garry’s Mod server Able to commit hours outside of the server to communicate with the community Able to watch over and provide feedback to other staff members Able to make community decisions with and as a team Able to attend at least 1 staff meeting each month Compensation None. Although, you may get some bonuses. Preferred Maturity Level Able to admit your faults and learn from them Able to keep a cool head when issues arise Able to act like an adult and move on when the time calls Continued: Requirements/Evaluation On the 1st of each month, Admins will be evaluated by the Head Admin to determine if they have met the requirements for the previous month. The following factors will be considered: Did the Admin commit a minimum of 20 hours on the server? Did the Admin attend a minimum of 1 staff meeting? Did the Admin contribute to ban appeals, player reports, and or moderator applications? Did the Admin make a positive impact on the staff team and the community last month? Did the Admin receive any feedback from the staff team or community members that are notable? Admins who do not meet or exceed these requirements for a total of 3 consecutive months must choose one of the following options: Step down to a lower rank Resign from the staff team Optionally, an Admin may suggest 1 person to replace them

Head Administrator Role Responsibilities As a Head Administrator, your duty is general. It’s to watch over the community and ensure that the staff team is running efficiently. Your day to day task would be to play on the TitsRP server and to answer community and staff questions via Discord and the forums. You would be interacting with super admins when there are difficult decisions to be made. You would also be using our staff tools to help the TitsRP community run smoothly. You will be running your own team of staff members each month where you will keep tabs on and interact with, to ensure each person is getting the time and communication they need. Teams will be randomly assigned each month. Your goal is to make your team as effective as possible while keeping a strong fun to staffing balance. You must have a deep understanding of the TitsRP rules and a love for the community to take on this role. You must also be ready to solve complex problems that arise within the community.
