    So as pretty much everyone knows as Booper Scooper is a meme, I feel like he should just.. Resign from resigning. So what we will do is contact him and tell him to resign from resigning, then he applies for staff, gets accepted, and boom. We now have, Booper Scooper, the Head abuser. For anybody wondering, this is not a riot. Well technically yes, but actually no.
