Your video is no longer available but I just dealt with a similar report where another player walked up to the crafting bench while he was in the menu and withdrew the items. Currently there was no notification of this happening but I've added one for the next reset. It's possible this is what happened.

You can use https://titsrp.com/customcontent to import custom content. If it’s already on the server you may need to wait for it to be removed after the owner goes inactive for a while.

You can disable this option in the help menu but we don’t do roll backs for these sorts of situations.

The only reason it would have despawned is if someone collected the items from it. Maybe your box got sniped by someone running past it?
