Custom models and weapon skins are considered "optional" server content and the reason is due to the sheer volume of content being imported and negative impact that can have on load times (since you'd have to download 5gb of models every time you join). Tbh most people don't care or don't want to see your anime/furry models. With every purchase you're helping to support the server and cover expenses and I appreciate that, but I also encourage everyone to save their money and do not buy custom content unless money is no object to them. As for the price, it's based on file size since players do have to download it. Even with compression, larger files are going to take longer to download. I think the way our store is structured is more than fair and often better than other DarkRP servers since you can create your own CC with in-game cash. Custom content isn't for everyone and because of the limitations of the source engine as to how many models can be created at once, there needs to be some barrier of entry. In this case that barrier of entry is the price and the fact that people have to opt in to seeing it. I always encourage anyone that is thinking about importing custom content or questioning the value of whether it's worth the money to not do so, trust your gut and save your money, spend it on something else that is worth the value to you. Some people find value in this service but others do not.

We don't wipe your money when you get banned. Coinflips will expire after some time if you do not claim your winnings though.

The reason you're unable to access this model is because another player already owned it before you. Can you send me something of equal file size to replace it with?

Try opening the F4 menu and going to the jobs tab. You should see a blue banner at the top that says "download optional server content". Click it and subscribe to all. If that doesn't work, something is preventing gmod from downloading anything from the workshop (storage full, client settings, network issues, etc)

Maybe there was a miscommunication as to what you were trying to add. I’m seeing a playermodel as well as a 357 reskin both listed under the SteamID you made the purchase with. Can you try searching your SteamID on the CC editor and posting what you see?

Also try verifying your game files if you haven't already since you mentioned deleting some files right before being unable to connect. I completely get that, I wouldn't want to reset my PC for a single Garry's Mod server either, however if you're the only person that's reported being unable to connect to the server, statistically speaking it's more probable that the issue is on your end and not the server. The problem is that we have zero clue what your hardware specs are, what else is running on your PC that may be eating up resources, or any modifications to the client you may have made. You could try checking for crash logs in your Garry's Mod folder. That could help point us in the right direction.

I was crashing like crazy after subscribing to another server's content pack which was like more than 10gb. You could try resetting your workshop subscriptions. Not 100% sure that's the same reason you were crashing but I was literally unable to join the server at all and that's what fixed it for me.

Are you using any client modifications like Reshade? Try updating your graphics drivers.

May 7th Changelog Updated Terms Of Service (0.4.5) regarding custom content ownership. Your custom content may be removed from the server and no refund will be given if your account is banned for severe player toxicity, bullying, or harassment. This change is an effort to discourage player toxicity, bullying, and harassment on TitsRP as well as reducing the ever increasing size of the content that you need to download when joining the server.
