  5. July 25th Changelog I have really bad timing estimations. The event system was in some deep progress on the 15th and I just finished it yesterday while working on it for 4 - 8 hours a day. I think I got sidetracked and added too many features that weren't planned. Either way, here are the small changes along with the event system for today. Added Event System Added Event Buyer + a way to buy events on the shop page Mayor has an invicibility grace period of 5 minutes Tomorrow will probably be a lot of bug fixing but Gazooks and I demolished a lot of them yesterday
  6. June 15th Changelog Cleared up some confusion in regards to NLR + added some examples New Life Rule does not exist in this server. What does exist is defeat. If you're killing during a raid or any other altercation that involves you attempting to kill them, do not go back to continue on. This goes for heists and other actions. You can however go back to places that your killer does not mind. Added into Misc: NLR Examples: Going back to the road you died on to a hitman to see your friends ALLOWED Going back to the road you died on to a hitman to kill the hitman NOT ALLOWED (It's RDM / revenge RDM) Jimmy going back to Jimmy's house after raiders raided it and killed him NOT ALLOWED Going back to Jimmy's house you were raiding after you died NOT ALLOWED Going back to finish a heist as a raider after you died NOT ALLOWED Going back to defend a heist as a CP after you died NOT ALLOWED Going back into the PD as a cop after you got killed by a Bounty Hunter ALLOWED Going back into the PD as a raider after you got killed by a mugger ALLOWED I hope these examples clear things up since going back to revenge RDM is #1 RDM and #2 a really shitty move

July 15th Changelog While the event system is still ongoing and making some cool progress (should be done within the next 1 - 2 days) I will most likely hold off until the 25th when that is our official 2 year anniversary since another big update is due, why not make it on the date that means something. I will also probably make VIP free on that day so if you're planning on buying it with your IRL cash or ingame cash, don't bother. I will see what else I can wrap up in the update but it will most likely be a lot of polishing. I do have an other idea which I don't know how it would pan out but I think since there is a craze around it and people love stupid shit maybe it would be worthwhile to add something like it in. Something you can collect and show off.   9. July 9 - 13th Changelog This week has been fully of wonderful events. Now I should be able to focus more time on doing my own thing and everything should be back to normal. Here is a changelog of a bunch of random things that have been queued up. Some of this stuff has already been added in but it's nice to document. I might attach a RSS feader on the forums and post all my addons into a github repo so you guys can see all commits that I make but I also wouldn't want it to flood all of the latest activity so I will most likely filter it out.   19. Gang Update Welcome to a whole new experience. The gangs update will provide a huge change to gameplay. Get together and side with either the Police or the Raiders. Each have their own perks and their quirks that makes them viable. Grab a group and register a Gang to compete to be the top gang. Each level, the gang owner can unlock a perk. The cop faction has 4 [3 Point Perks] and 3 [1 Point Perks]. The raiders have 3 [3 Point Perks] and 4 [1 Point Perks], the full perk list can be found below. The two factions are very different. Raiders are a wolf pack while Cops work together. For example, two cop gangs work together to earn XP while raiders fight for themselves. This should provide to be a great experience and I would love to hear your feedback. If you have ideas for more perks, let me know and I can add them in. I have spent a very long time perfecting everything. I cannot guarentee that everything is 100% stable since the testing scope was limited to 2 people but if you find any bugs, let me know and they will be fixed. I would like to thank you guys for sticking with us for this host change. We now have an insane amount of power and I have done more optimization to allow even more people. Remember when I said when this update came out, it would be 75 - 80 slots? Yea...that's not true.   23. June 11th Changelog For the new Gangs update, I was thinking of the best way to approach the idea. I know for a fact it would have to be through MySQL because I thought it would be cool to expand on the gangs system and give some competition between players. What I mean is that by using this method, the information about gangs can be public on the site. So you would have the Gang Name: Amount of Members: Networth: and it would show the top 50 gangs or something. Along with that, being in a gang will give show your gang tag about your head. A gang name / gang tab can be up to 6 characters long and would look something like this when you look at someone [MYCLAN] Sugar Tits I never used MySQL before so I didn't really know what in the world I was doing for the past 2 days but today I made some insane progress. I won't give an estimate as to when this will be done but when it will, the playercount will also be bumped up to 80. The remaining blockers for server performance are going to be attempted tomorrow. Most of them have to do with voice chat but if these get solved then we could handle 80 players like it's nothing.
