The deployable shields I'm actually not 100% on, I guess if it's blatantly obvious and a sit is made it'd be a staff discretion thing? Like if you post up 8 of them in front of a base then it'd be pretty clear you have intent to raid

If you could provide a few names on who told you that I'd appreciate it, because eating food outside of a base is not a raid action. By this logic if you were next door to a restaurant owner you'd be getting raided every 3 minutes. Or if you use an armor pack outside of spawn tunnel with someone basing in the building immediately to your right.

None of those would be considered raid actions (could you imagine if resturant RP turned into an all out war every time someone ordered a burger?)

You can't base in tunnels period, so yes that would be a nono

Mega basing in essence lets you and your gang take over certain districts, letting you basically "control" it as if it were just a big base. But it does require you to own the doors of that district
