  1. I interpret this rule as you should swallow a pick up box, deleting dupe, running in and pasting it rather than grav gunning a ent into your base. Definitely isn’t enforced and is one of those rules that needs to have some clarification added

    Incorrect. I state why I -1/+1 ban appeals very clearly and lay out what I see that affected my decision. I spoke to most users in DMs to explain what about their behavior needs to change in order for my decision to change. You guys spamming this video everywhere at every waking moment in support of your friend doesn’t help change my decision. Sorry you feel this way

  3. I could understand your frustration, I didn't vote on the Tene ban appeal because I was super busy with work during all that but I wanted to throw my two cents in here and maybe see things from my perspective.

     

    The difference between the Tene appeal and the OG appeal are the actions after the ban was handed down. I think there are 2 very clear paths that each player had paved for themselves after the fact. OG took it a very different and toxic route that fit the personality he has. Tene took the ban and accepted it, moving on from it until the time was right. He wasn't still stirring things up on the forums. OG was still getting forum warns and was caught for alting and on top of that, had the whole fiasco with the unban for $1b.

     

    I'm pretty sure when it comes down to ban appeals for exploiting, it is up to Sugar. We all have an opportunity to voice our concerns but Sugar is the only one that should be making final decisions on exploit bans because of the impact it could have caused long term on the server.

     

    I disagree with the community having a say on appeals. People have friends. Friends clique up. Friends vote "+1 for unban :pepeStand:" without ever seeking to understand the impact of the offence had brought to the server. And I know you know that. We still deal with that even without the community having direct involvement on appeals.

     

    Please believe that OG has been talked about in mod/tmod chat and I'm sure the other chats as well where people have shared stories and instances of what his past behaviors were. People are getting information from each other to make a decision based off facts and interactions rather than just going with what everyone else is saying on the appeal. It isn't just a hay day of playing telephone and changing a word or two.

     

    I personally don't want to see anyone be perm banned and stay perm banned though I understand why it needs to happen. I know it won't mean much to you or some others on this forum that dislike the decisions I've come to but I promise that during every appeal/report instance, I will make unbiased and fair decisions based off their actions rather than them preaching how much better of a person they are.

    You sure can but when you’re dealing with 5 deaths it gets confusing. I just figured it would be a super easy change to make to help a lot.

     

    Theres a lot of ways we do things that “aren’t that hard” but are easy to get lost in the sauce. Quality of life updates aren’t ever really ESSENTIAL, it’s normally some small tweak to make life easier. 

  5. When you're dealing with someone that has been reported for NLR, it can be difficult to figure out what shot killed them and which shot was part of the next life. You can only spectate positions of damage logs so if it showed the normal log with a new HP tacked on at the end, I think it would just make it easier for us to decipher what exactly is happening in the wall of text. IE: "19:13:10 Player Smelly (Wallhacker) attacked Smelly (Wallhacker) with AS VAL for 28 New HP: 50"

     

    Hopefully that wouldn't be too difficult to implement and it would be super helpful.

  6. I strongly +1 this and have been thinking about it the past few days. This also takes away a major aspect of the game (actual bank raids) for new players. The only ones who are going to successfully do a bank raid are the players who are stacked out and just want the entities inside the base anyways.

     

    Bank manager shouldn't be allowed to allow having drugs and shit in the vault. Unpopular opinions

  7. The forums had a post of all the server rules that was easier to navigate from a moderation standpoint to control+f for copying any rules into the server. Finding them in each section can be cumbersome in sit situations. When you click the forum post it directs you to the rules with all the tabs.

     

    Pretty small issue but it was just a nice QOL thing

    With the new update for the phys gun and turning off prop/player pick up, it still picks up entities like gun shelves and whatnot

    Turn off prop pickup, pick up a entities

  9. The MOTD definitely needs a rewrite, I agree 100%. There are a lot of things that are open ended, dependent on interpretation of the rule, and implied rules that are not covered in the MOTD.

    I tried !ms on 2 models as supporter and it said I didn't have permissions to access these models. They were combine_commander.mdl and disgustedcat.mdl

    How to reproduce:

    Be supporter and !ms, it won't let you switch to these models

    Description:

    Michael Myers keeps being able to kill me as I spawn as a low HP player model because of its size. Is there any way to make a damage multiplier against small player models rather than lower their HP? Or just make Michael Myers not be able to attack those models with lower HP

    How to reproduce:

    Step 1: Be lower HP model
    Step 2: Get stabbed by Michael Myers
    Step 3: ??
    Step 4: Profit

    Did you check that for the stun gun? Each item has a different default Suga Dollar default. If a gun sells for $0 in the general buyer, both prices will default to N/A. If you are selling an items for $2,500 it’ll default to $2,500 and 1 Suga. Depends on the item normal value at the General Buyer

  13. There’s been a few things brought up about the AH:

    1) If it didn’t sell, Sugar had said that you need to wait for reset to collect it and he wishes to improve that in a future update

     

    2) If you didn’t manually change the Suga Dollar buy value, it probably sold for 1 Suga which one of the super admins will be able to come in here and see the logs for it.
