My Gang "Sleepy" just got level 70 and i got told the CC creation has to be requested, so here i am.

Could you check your paypal account and send me the transaction ID of the one that failed?

I'm looking into this now.

I've refunded you the 29 lootboxes you lost.

Moving to the support section of the forums

This isn't the correct place to post this, but regardless I will chime in and save you from having to repost in a separate place. Unfortunately to my knowledge we can't refund you T3 lootboxes (or any other entity that magically disappears) like that. I guess you could say they're lost to the void now. I will refrain from immediately "denying" this post to allow others to possibly chime in on possible reimbursements or whatever it may be. Sorry for your loss Gangster Grandma.

I SPOKE TO RUBIK AND HE SAID TO MAKE A SUPPORT TICKET. I HOPE THIS IS THE RIGHT SPOT. INCLUDED IS CLIP. https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/nRvm43RvYgiujJxrS?invite=cr-MSxnb2csNjY3MDcxNzYw I AM HOPING TO PLEASE GET REFUNDED THE 29 BOXES, AND I HAD NO IDEA MY INV WAS FULL, BUT IT ONLY DROPPED ONE INSTEAD OF THE 30. THANKS RUBIK AND STAFF FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!

@Rubikdeals with this so wait for him to respond. If you did get charged, he should be able to find it

I ordered sugar and it isn't arriving in my account nor purchase history for the website.
