Custom things require you to talk to Sugar about, but he will almost always approve of it as long as it doesn't break the game. We have unmounted TF2 for several reasons plus even when it is mounted, it does require the user to download TF2 to see it. Still 100% possible though, as long as you don't mind being an error haha.
