Before i start off this is not a report or meant to be disrespectful but why is it that alot of the time there will be 4-7 staff on but there will be a mass rdmer running around for 20 minutes before anything happens or why it takes some people 10 mins just to get a mod for something simple that could have been handled in 30 sec> or when all the staff online leaves it all up to one person, also not im not saying this is always the case or applys to Anyone personally i mean i get it sometimes you just want to rp but why is it that not a single one can handle something without it taking years please not again that this does not apply To all staff and or meant to be disrespectful at all its just a vent kind of thing

I usually ban mass rdmers as they're in the act or I catch them about to do something.

 

I will be 100% honest with you. 80% of our staff literally base in some giant ass warehouse and afk there with bitcoin miners and printers. That is a fact. They do it because they're all burnt out and want to play as a regular player once in a while.

 

Sorry to hear that our staff are not living up to your expectations. I hope they will readjust.

ya dude i know what you mean, when i get done doing 2-3 sits in a row i usually see another one and think " i'm gonna let someone else take that" and NOBODY does and it takes like five minutes of them spamming the  chat before i finally go to them. but this isn't always the case, sometimes it's the exact opposite of that and i can't type the names of people i want to go to fast enough. i guess its just the time of day your on or something.
