Why should you be unbanned?: Now, I have known this server for a while now, I've bought VIP a few days after joining and I have had a spectacular time and I personally have stuck to the rules, I never kill without a reason, I never cause chaos among the players and I've helped the community. I personally don't even recall really killing many people, or even RDMing, the only thing I might of done that would of been thought of RDM is when I was a Spawn of heck and killed someone, but I followed procedure and adverted "A Spawn of heck has risen!". Now a few highlights of the day today of playing that I had was, I bludgeon and kidnapped a few people of which I sacrificed to the all mighty god. I made a base of which ended up getting raided because I went to raid another one of which was breaking a few rules and ended up helping fix all that up while I lost all my stuff. I also helped another person with understanding how to sacrifice as cultist and I had some fun runnin around talking to people. I stopped 3 RDMers. I don't mind if I have to wait the entire length I'm honestly just wanting to know really why and when did I "RDM" someone? Who banned you? Someone who I actually was in a sit with for one of these RDMers, NuBpC Evidence: Post videos, screenshots, anything that can help. Numerous screenshots help, a decently lengthed video helps too. Thank you, I will also like to note the moment I got off the game what happened was my game crashed, but right before that I bought a gun and was looking at it, I was also with a guy I raided with and shortly after a guy runs at me barely out of spawn starts shooting me, then my friend there started shooting at him and I had the gun I just bought mid drawn and my game crashed and I decided to hop on later so I did not leave to avoid any punishment and therefore I had to be mistaken. He never dealt any damage to you, and it looked even worse when you left the server 30 seconds after killing him. After this happened, I waited 5 minutes for you to reconnect and explain yourself. You never reconnected, so I banned you for leaving to avoid punishment and your 2 RDMs. LTAP applies when you leave the server during a sit to avoid your punishment or even after you break the rules and leave the server before the staff can bring you for your sit. I was very sure this was LTAP, as you left only seconds after killing him twice when you were in the middle of playing. I would be happy to approve your ban appeal, but your reasoning to be unbanned is just a written auto-biography of your time playing TitsRP. I am willing to drop the LTAP, however I am still firm that you RDMed. I typically screenshot the logs before I ban somebody, but this was around the time everyone's game disconnected so I had no time to do so. Overall, I am for his unban as long as he faces a warn for RDM x2. Other than that, I would like if he had his ban shortened to 24 hours if he doesn't want to accept a warn. So first of, the first time I left with playing today was when I rejoining to see if I fixed some errors but I immediately rejoined, the last time I left was when I crashed and during that time I was being RDMed and so again I am really confused because I swear to god that I did not RDM, from my own recollection. Something I would atleast like to hear is what he might of said, given as a master raider I did make a base, watch two people raid and die, report a RDMer, kill a few people for reasons that would not be considered RDM. In this case this person who I guess I RDMed, could have been loitering or died in some crossfire between some fighting. But again I may have some idea of what may have happened. Either when I was crashing because I was trying to shoot as I said i was being RDMed and it was right outside spawn I could have ended up killing him before my game completely closed.
