Why were you banned?: I was banned for rda in spawn for 3 days

Why should you be unbanned?: personally i think that 3 days for a single rda is alittle to much. it could have been solved many of other ways. one way could be by kicking me, another could be warning me and jailing me for 300+ seconds. I was trying to rp chasing somone who wanted to go threw spawn and i ended up slaping handcuffs on him and charged him by clicking r after putting him in cuffs and when i opened the menu the first thing it said was somthing along the lines of "bounty of:1000" i ended up charging him and he denied the pay so he went to jail. then i got pulled to an admin sit and got banned for "rda in spawn" i dont remember even seeing the dude i arrested to hear his side of the story just the admin asking whats going on. if i still did somthing wrong this is the point of an appeal.  but look im just trying to play this game like most people. im just trying to have fun on this amazing unique server.

how did u handcuff in spawn i thought u arent able to but if he commited a crime outside of spawn and he runs to spawn u can still arrest him like it says in the rules "DO NOT RP in spawn unless you're running through it in an RP situation" what do u mean u got pulled into a sit and got banned there has to be more story to that

If your story were true you would have probably mentioned it in the sit, at which time it would be investigated, then confirmed and you would have been released. 

 

But

 

1. you cannot cuff in spawn

2. you cannot fine without cuffing

3. the only person I have memory of banning for RDA in spawn I physically witnessed them want/arrest someone with batons immediately after spawning, no where near the outside of spawn where you *might* have been able to cuff someone as they ran into spawn.
