Cynoscion Posted April 5, 2018 Share Posted April 5, 2018 Alright i will first say that my Judgement to handling the situation was NOT the best in that manner. however, i did warn Seth_King And told him to change his name and stop harassing this player, He did change his name and after i returned him he made a pole saying "is Haley a bitch" and then changed his name back to "haleys trash" i then proceeded to ban him afterwards While i was banning the player i did not take note to what his was saying in chat regarding advertising a different server. However that does not excuse Haley for the massive disrepect to me during the sit, "Cold Testicle is the worst T-mod", Constantly trying to speak over me while we were in the sit and then resorted to targeting me after the sit was done and the player was banned. I payed no mine to it because i didn't really bother me but i did have to warn haley for racism after saying "WE ARE NIGGAS" in ooc, She also came up to me and said "how does it feel to be a nigga". And the only reason i picked you up my physic gun was to move you away from the sit for a moment SwaVe because you kept interrupting us and in hopes that you would stay there and understand you are being disruptive during the sit, you were only a witness. And you kicked me for the "we are niggas" in OOC, then kept bringing it up. I started getting frustrated in the sit because this had gone on for so long, and nothing was being done about it. No evidence of wrongdoing against Cold has been shown, other than the accusation of him "not handling it" while there's a ban on record for the player in question with Cold's named attached. If you're going to accuse the staff team of wrongdoing, show any form of evidence that his version of events which are remarkably believable, all considered, is false.
