North Bear warning without a sit

• Claim you don't trust their word yet do absolutely nothing to disprove their claim by asking someone else, including an admin you've seen ~4 times since your first warning
  

@North, a sit is required in almost all situations. Unless someone is crashing the server or in a few very specific situations they should be brought to a sit and what they did wrong explained to them. In this situation Piklas knew what he did wrong and the warn was deserved, but you did not tell him that you warned him and this is definitely not okay. Sit of some sort required, end of story. You can yell and verbally warn all you want over OOC, but if you're actually punishing someone we are going to require a sit to make sure everything is done correctly. No sit = ban illegit. 

 

This is your notice, punishing someone without a sit or even telling them is a very serious violation of the moderator guidelines and next time it will be serious trouble. We're talking I'm just going to take away your rank trouble, because this is literally the easiest thing to not do. Just bring them to a sit when you punish them. You have to deal with people even if you don't like them. Another thing, don't blame Griffin for giving you advice from the moderation guidelines. 

 

You're holding on by the feedback I've received from the moderation team and the fact the only other report on you is an accidental ban.
