Why were you banned?: I attempted to handcuff an individual who had killed a couple cops. In doing so, I accidentally cuffed a couple people around the individual without having any indication that they were falsely detained. When I finally managed to sentence the perpetrator, I left the scene. At this time Grape jailed me and managed no time to hear my side of the story. I requested a change of venue since the area where I was jailed was heavily populated but the motion was quickly denied and since I was banned for a week only having one previous offense.  

Why should you be unbanned?: The following correlation of events was in no way meant to cause any harm to the server players and the roleplay environment. The series of events was truly an accident and misinterpretation of the handcuffing tool for police. I ask that new regulations are added in order for those who are in a group not be falsely arrested as such as the situation that happened today.

I heard your story. You came up to a lot of us, and handcuffed us while we were just talking. After I said "Why are you hand cuffing me, I did nothing wrong", you left with us 3 being handcuffed and laughed. I did not believe your side of the story one bit because of this. I feel like you are just randomly cuffing people for the fun of it.

Walking up to a group of people, cuffing them, and walking away laughing definitely sounds like it was an accident. With all those big words, you also sound like an intelligent, well-rounded person.
