I was banned:MassRDM + LTAP

Why I should be unbanned:I was told by a party member that they were all raiding me and I trusted him. I Ltap cuz I was so pissed off. I dont Try to RDM or break the rules of the server but the info was wrong that I was told and I should of went about it another way insteed of just killing everyone around my base door.

I took the last hour or so to thoroughly investigate this by talking to both the banning staff and banned player. After identifying the common links and inconsistencies between their stories, we all came to the agreement that the banned player will have their ban reduced to 3 days due to only one player actually reporting an rdm, and the rdm being a somewhat understandable mistake, because the banning staff was indeed raiding and the banned player simply attacked the wrong people. In normal circumstances this may have not been a ban at all, a written warning could be issued for an unintentional single rdm. However, the banned player did not thoroughly describe the situation in the sit and instead decided to LTAP. Due to this, the ban will remain but be shortened to accomodate for the agreement between them and also the fact that situations that are not reported are not to be moderated unless serious.

 

APPEAL ACCEPTED.

 

BAN SHORTENED.
