I dont have much time, so Ill read this later but just to add on, Ive heard a few players assume false rules due to noahmh telling them so. Not sure if they are true, and the only one I could remember is that if someone is afk/you think their not doing their job you can demote even with staff on, even though you should get a staff member to demote the afk/player in question, there they can really see if they are not deserving of their job.

 

So i decided that they needed a valid reason for demoting and not "shooting bitminers"

 

despite what you both may think, you can demote for rp reasons whether staff is on or not. "not doing job" and "shooting bit miners (as cp)" are both valid rp reasons to demote.

 

remove the warn.

 

the disrespect is questionable as the quotes in the screen shot are cropped and could be out of context.

Shooting bitminers are against the rules if they aren't specified illegal by the mayor, destroying legal property is illegal and a cop cannot do illegal things. A demotion is an appropriate response, especially if they choose not to call for staff and handled it in RP.

I'm not sure why Noah is saying that shooting bitminers is not a valid demote reason.
