Banned for a day but then extended?

Why were you banned?: For "RDM"

Why should you be unbanned?: I was banned for "RDM'ing" but in reality it was all self defence. there was some guy named Manko who complained to a Mod about the whole situation but Manko is the same person who was constantly breaking NLR and firing at us outside and in our base. I was a crip leader and i had 4 other crips. Manko's main leverage was "look at the logs" which showed me killing a bunch of people but only because we were in a hectic firefight with the bloods constantly. not to mention nonstop police coming after us unjustly as well as random bystanders who found it funny to join in and shoot at us. At first it was a 24 hour ban which didn't bother me, but now it was extended to a 7 day ban for no reason. I think this is wrong and if ANYTHING it should of been 24 hours at max, because in reality I was defending myself.

I was present for the last part of the sit, because Genkki had called for assistance in staff chat and only one other staff member was active at the time and they did not respond to the first call so I responded to the second. I arrived on scene to see all 5 crips jailed and my first thought is "what the fuck is this?". So I ask whats going on and after a short explanation it was basically a Mass NLR / Mass Revenge RDM case and the reason all 5 were jailed was to prevent issues while the staff member investigated the situation. The Reporter had named off a couple of names of the jailed suspects that they apparently didn't recognize and said the report was not on them, so I began checking logs for those names and clearing them to be released. The first one I tried to check on just starting shooting me when I accidentally noclipped towards them into their jail, so I checked their logs and saw the whole page filled with them killing in short succession and went ahead and banned them for 7 days. (I was noclipped so I could tp I guess it didn't let me at first because of all the cages). Then I cleared and released 2 of them and Genkki had cleared and released another. While I was clearing the 2nd of the 2 subjects I released, I overheard Genkki interviewing the last suspect (the appealing user, Bok Choy), and the conversation was basically as simple as Genkki asking "why did you mass rdm?" and they had said that they actually did not rdm at all and simply defended their property from the reporter who the suspect now alleged had Mass NLRed and was actually the one at fault for the incident that occured. The reporter said something along the lines of "bullshit, check the logs", and Genkki did just that, for about 20 or 30 seconds before immediately banning the jailed subject Bok Choy for Mass RDM with an extend request, without even looking into the accused's side of the story. It should be common knowledge that logs of a lot of kills in a short time does not always in and of itself prove Mass RDM, especially in a case like this where the locations of the deaths should have been checked in order to verify one side or the other. Whether this is a lack of training or a lack of competence is not for me to decide, although I would personally lean more for the latter. I would consider myself friends with Genkki, and I believe their heart is in the right place, but I personally think they are not at all ready to handle a position of this much authority, at least not without proper knowledge and skill in the application of that knowledge. But this is not a report, so that part of my statement may or may not be relevant. I later extended the ban when I was going through Ban logs extending all the missed extend requests from Tmods, despite feeling the ban was false or at least pre-emptive, because I cannot and would not be biased for anyone. Sorry about that.
