Do not use your physgun in this way. This has been ruled by Fantasa, our Elder himself. It is to be used for legitimate situations requiring its use that does not including flinging people standing and typing outside of a base away. 

 

Pay more attention to chat. You can't say he can talk to you if he wants and then not pay attention to when he talks to you and claim you can't see anything in chat. 

 

Consider this a request from one staff to another. Use more discretion in your staffing. Several different methods of preventing this situation from happening were suggested in this thread. You are a smart guy, you can figure out something. If something like this happens again, you may land in serious trouble.
