Why were you banned?: Mass RDM

Why should you be unbanned?: i was raiding a kidnappers base who was the same person who banned me. i killed the kidnapped people and then i was banned before i was even being able to tell him that i was raiding him. i think i should be unbanned since killing someone in a raid isnt rdm

I was near the same time he got banned, the banner didn't even give him time to speak or explain, he just did it on instinct as his place was being attacked from what i could see.

Usually for mass RDM cases I try and bait them out unless they are being super fucking obvious.

 

However I do want to hear rigbe's side of the story.

Yeah, Rigbe just teleport and jails someone, then just instantly bans them. Really no sit from some of the things I have seen him do. He doesn't really give them any time to speak. We need to hear from him.

Pretty sure this was last night during the all out war between everyone. After coming back from being afk I found several people mass rdming, i pulled some, got killed several times trying to jail them and get their side. I always ask the person why they're doing it before punishment. I don't recall this exact incident honestly but im sure if I banned you for 7 days you were mass rdming. I had a discussion with somebody today about raiding public areas as well so if this is similar i would deem the punishment acceptable. If you raided an empty open area and killed several people just for the heck of it then your punishment was acceptable. If you have evidence ill gladly review and unban if appropriate. If not I apologize but I believe my actions were correct.

I honestly don't remember if you're telling the truth or not i banned alot of people last night we had an outburst of minging happen from 1am-3am

ya I saw that but i wherent those people who were just mass rdming, everyone, I only killed people on your property and only killed 3 people in total. you did provoke me since you attacked me in the same life that i raided you.

Ill accept the unban request, if you truly were mass rdming like I had thought, you will be banned again in the future. But seeing as you made an unban appeal chances are you want to play here again which most of the mass rdmers I ban do not. Please don't make me regret it, and I do apologize if this was mixed in with the batch of mass rdm that night.

thanks man and trust me I have no intention of breaking server rules. this is like the only  Darkrp server on gmod that ifind playable.
