Why were you banned?: Mass RDM

Why should you be unbanned?: I was not trying to RDM at all my goal was to stop a thief that was opening and closing the PD door and was told by the cops inside to stop multiple times. I shot as carefully as possible to avoid casualties, but the mod that banned me was standing in the way and got one shotted. I know I handled this the wrong way and probably should have warned/cuffed/arrested him instead, but after playing for ~6 hour and seeing how little that works I got frustrated. Then a second guy was there with a gun out in PD probably trying to self defend himself, but to me in the moment it looked like he shot me so I shot him that makes 3 kills which the mod counted as 4 and he was right. I was then TPed to spawn and jailed for around 15 minutes for a public sit. I started explaining my case at which point I got angry after explaining it for ~5 minutes of being jailed and started chatting nonsense as martial law and so on. After reviewing my video I saw that I did kill 4 people in total due to low models and bad hit boxes and I saw that the guy with the gun did not shoot at me first which I really though I did hear a shot and saw a bullet fly by must have been paranoid. I really did not enjoy the public 15 minute sit I was put through it was humiliating and I might have deserved a ban or jail for the Crossfire and The Door Guy, but that public sit was uncalled for. It just added to my frustration did not help diffuse the situation at all. I am sorry for shooting the guy that was messing with the door and understand I had no right to shoot him. It is just frustrating to see people telling someone to stop messing with the door and see him do it over and over. At least I though that is what was happening as the guy inside mentioned something about "stop opening the door".

Evidence: Gonna post what happened from my perspective sorry recorded it with no sound as this was the first time I was recording using OBS and I usually stream with no sound on. Forgot to switch it on.

So you mass rdm, admit to 2x rdm,  but say you killed at least 3. 

What are you asking for, even if it was just RDM X 2, you could still have been banned for 6 days.

Its called a misunderstanding after playing for 6 hours with no such incidents you would think that a guy can catch a break. (Mind you I played as a PD the entire 6 hours.)

He was messing with the door and I heard the guy inside say "STOP MESSING WITH THE DOOR", I am sure you have had such experience when people E the door when you E it. I was fustrated at that and decided stupidly to shoot the culprit instead of arresting him for 2 minutes (Waste of his time) or cuffing him which most of the time doesnt work as people move way too much and never stay still when you attempt to RP a cop properly. Like I said I understand my decission was rash and impulsive. Heck I had to sit jailed 15 Minutes for that mistake. The two people that got caught in the crossfire I am really sorry about them dying and wasting their time.

well I mean, shooting the thief was RDM, dima getting killed in the crossfire of the thief was RDM, the bank dude and other crossfire wouldnt have happened if you didnt rdm in the first place...

 

I mean thats RDM X 4, and Im sure thats how Dima got to the mass RDM.

 

Sadly I am going to remain -1 but thats my opinion.

It's a very interesting video, although there is no sound to confirm people warned him. So frame by frame it looks like you did attempt to shoot around me but you still had no reason to open fire. The guy that ran in with the gun clearly intended to do harm, so that one is understandable, and the last kill was actually harder to spot from your screen I had to keep going back but it looks like you just timed the shot bad. If you give me your steamid I will reduce your ban and charge you with only 2 RDMs because the guy with the gun intended to shoot at you and you did at least try to shoot around me, plus I really don't care that much when I get killed. but the other 2 I still consider RDM since if you hadn't unlawfully opened fire in the first place it may not have happened at all.

Also thanks LDW for responding in my absence although you are no longet staff you could tell what happened so not bad.

 

Joker, If it's too hard to use non lethal force on someone unarmed then maybe you should think about not playing CP for a while or try easier CP tasks until you have more practice and get better at dealing with people's shenanigans. I have a CP guide in Discussion if you want to know more.
