Marvini Martini Posted August 2, 2017 Share Posted August 2, 2017 Your Steam Name: Marvini Martini Your ingame name: Marvini Martini Your Steam Profile/SteamID: steamcommunity.com/id/marbiaach Why were you banned?: mass rdm/minge (???)/"lieing" in sit (Five Days) Why should you be unbanned?: DC Pedobear (believe it was his name, DC something, I realize there are multiple mods with DC in their name) banned me because he thought I was rdming and said I was lying in the sit. Even though I was the one who reported the other for the rdm. Earlier I had killed the person I reported because I was a part of the revolt, and he was CP. A few minutes later I died in the PD and was taken out of the revolt. This guy, trying to take revenge on me, tried kill me as soon as I left spawn, but I managed to kill him before he got me again (which I explained in the report, and was supported in the damage logs where he shot first.) Immediately after I manage to get away from his attempted rdm, he breaks NLR and comes back to the exact spot where I am and finally does revenge RDM me. Damage logs of the last 10 minutes will clearly show this is how it went down. This mod didn't even check the logs from the looks of it, he simply teleported the guy in, heard him say what amounts to basically "no i didnt", and despite me telling him to just check the logs from a few minutes ago, instantly banned me. Not only this but he put up false reasons for the ban, again logs clearly show the only person I killed was him (and attempted to kill the mayor as well, due to the revolt.) This is nowhere near mass RDM. Not even sure what minge means to be honest, and as for lying in the sit, again logs support what I was saying. I can't even imagine why he would just instantly ban me like that without talking for more than a minute or checking the logs. I can only imagine that they're possibly friends and hes simply taking their word over mine. Evidence: Don't have any screenshots or videos sadly, didn't think I'd be the one banned considering the logs show I didnt do anything wrong. Not sure if possible but it'd be nice if someone posted the logs relating to me for the past half hour or something. Anyways I hope to be unbanned soon or at least finding out what was going through this mods head. EDIT: It seems like this mod has been causing trouble and was even recently demoted to trial mod, might have happened just before taking this sit. I can only imagine that this guy was upset over losing his rank and didn't want to deal with actually doing the sit, so he just ended up banning me.
