Why should you be unbanned?:  Warn/stop following has always been an advert, infact an advert is more than you need I could have mic warned him.

 

Also, I got no sit for the rdm, an explosive specialist came up to Erston on the street and accused me of rdming him. I explained that the explosive specialist was shooting a man so I killed him. After this Erston followed me around the map, we started near the PD and he followed me to the slums, during this time I gave three adverts saying  "Stop following 1/2/3" 5 seconds after the third warning I killed him. Then he goes in ooc and says

 

 "pretty sure you cant even call " stop following 1/2/3" "

" the only advert that exists is pd heist"

You RDM'd the Specialist, not hitman, my mistake. But still, I came and said that you should've handcuffed him and fined him. Instead you went straight for the kill.

 

Also, those type of adverts don't exist and you're not allowed to kill anyone for "following" unless they're tresspassing onto your base. Think about it. Yes you could've been verbal, but still it's not really allowed.

 

You're a SWAT Sniper, a cop. Taking out a rifle and a sniper rifle on a guy who poses no actual threat is not going to help your case. It just shows that you're a corrupt cop who should've been fired if a mayor was on.

 

Plus your attitude was really rude to the guy you RDM'd and towards people in ooc and me.

The fact that you actually screenshotted your conversation implies that you knew you were probably going to get whacked in the head by staff, anyways.

 

So I think I will reduce the ban time, but work on your attitude. I have no clue why you're so hostile in the morning.
