Second chances are always great... and I take it that Rubik will not receive another chance regarding mistakes on such levels of impertinence during the handling of sits. I really, truly hope that you are not demoted, although you really do need to learn your lesson... and I'm sure that this report as well as warnings from our higher-ups will do just that. Maybe even what everyone calls, Re-training... which I guess is a great course of action as well. he had already been retrained, he already had a 2nd chance. get em outta here I was literally about to type this. I was the one to retrain Rubik and one thing I went over with him was to slow down, and take his time in sit's while maintaining the level of maturity expected of a staff. I made sure to emphasize this as it is what will make or break a staff member. Jailing and then playing "kiddie" music is most definitely not within the level of maturity expected.
