You should try to avoid using noclip unless needed using !bring or !goto handles most situations quite well. Also you can !jailtp or !jail players if they being to get rowdy and shoot the cell you can unjail and !freeze them.

I was in a sit where I had a panic attack because of impersonation and he fell for it, but valetine jumped in at the right time, if he didn't I would be perma'd 

(he make a imersonation alt, stole my profile pic, and messaged himself, and posed as me, screenshotted it, and called the admemes)

I say retrain, and after this case we get set people to train, and not just any mod that's available.

 We need to ensure the training staff member covers EVERYTHING and ANYTHING.

Being staff isn't color by numbers, ltll never be cut and dry. And the tmods need to be prepared for that.
