Even if i had reccomended it (which i don't remember doing but i maybe did), I'm pretty sure the admin wouldn't just do ahead and ban you, he'd go on a research to find out what's going on. He wouldn't just go and "oh this guy told me to perm this person, kk got you homie". But when i ask for a perm, i do it mostly when the person is already banned, and i don't remember dealing with someone who was abusing that there was no staff online.
