Why were you banned?: "Forums Report"

Why should you be unbanned?: I am pretty sure that aside from a warning that was given to me for breaking NLR, I followed the Motd as guided when it comes to people shooting out of their house and what a "raid" actually entails. 

Evidence: Post videos, screenshots, anything that can help. Numerous screenshots help, a decently lengthed video helps too.

 

 

I would appreciate a second glance on the combat logs (if possible) aside from the possibly edited footage the victim may have posted in the report.

Edit : I have reviewed the footage in the report against me and would like the combat logs checked.

 

Does not include the footage of Naz TPing next to me out front, Explaining that I cant have my radio on that material and cannot use a prop as a shield for myself

Does not include RDM'ing me 15 feet away from his entrance, while I was talking to the Snoop Dog just 3minutes afterwards out of 'spite' and the other 2 incidents in which he shoots out and hits various bystanders in a crossfire. Claims I was loitering in one of the 4-5 sits with Noot Noot and Naz to which I reply why he didnt shoot the other 3-4 people out front that were closer, Bias. 

 

 

Voltz as a Master Raider is KOS because of using a code breaker, I am using a stereo to blast music in and he shoots me, No code breaker sound, not raiding. Just trying to hear those trapped due to the distance of the cage he built from the door.

 

But this clearly is 4-5 minutes of footage in which Naz being the only trial mod on and dealing with around 5-8 people every couple of minutes for an rdm or rda complaint, its reasonable to see how rushed he was handling this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WOkSznQyIjE&feature=youtu.be   due to fraidz being the last one that damaged him, and full of bias wants to report me again when the logs most likely showed no damage to him from me for 10mins+ Not favoritism just recent combat didnt show me.

After this : 

proves that he shot me 3-4 times first initiating rdm in base defence and then ends the footage abruptly missing the part where he waits a few minutes before randomly killing me. With time stamps showing him being kidnapped after he was brought in directly after I was killed and posted in /ooc which is visible at 0:05 in an active chat. So my timestamp of being dead and claiming rdm 3-4 minutes after I had walked away with the boombox, is there. (also his taunt of "You damaged me first" and then claiming his door has a 'no loitering' sign... Im on the public street 15 feet away)

This guy literally complained for over 2 hours about anyone who he didnt like but obviously I made him feel spiteful enough to edit and post chopped footage 0:45-4:10-5:00 minutes at a time lacking the parts in which he engaged me unjustly.  (Clearly minging by stating Fraidz's multiple RDM being the last person that killed him unwarranted was "valid" and that he was just targeting me in his own video evidence)

Edit: Before I go to bed on this claim, I implore whichever admin is reading this to inquire "Noot Noot" about this Neek's complaints prior to this whole incident targeting me for Killing him fairly (He tried knocking my party members and I out around 3 times to which I responded with immediate KOS). This guy is good at telling half of a story.

 

I am reading the entirety of replies from the victims claim. 

 

And I can see how chopping up footage can make people who weren't even witness or privy to the whole thing judge someone for being young and trying to deal with 5 cases of RDM every few minutes.

 

This neek guy is great at portraying a story of being a victim. Not someone who continuously targeted me for over an hour prior to this whole engagement in which he found he could chop up and claim a one sided story. 

 

Just to be clear for anyone that TL:DR 

 

 

Is right before Naz comes out to warn me about the boombox which I had either missed or misread in the motd and I promptly changed the material tried to apologize through the door and moved it away (which the footage abruptly ends before)

 

 <----- right here is my complaint to being killed after I had left him alone to show him that calling people in for sits works both ways, To which I asked form him to be verbally warned, not banned or kicked or reported on the forums.

Good story, just missing a whole mess of doing the actual shooting and the other times he was RDMed and overlooked it to target me for something that happened 30mins prior.
