It can be considered as DDoS threat, as hes pretty much telling you that "You better watch what you say/do or I will DDoS you." Honestly, I believe a lengthy ban should be given out, this isn't okay. Considering this was after I banned him I ought to think it should be permanent, possibly if Sugar can an IP ban?
