I have been falsely banned for 2 days.Help me.,

Why were you banned?:For NLR allegedly RDM'D,Tried to find a loop hole in the rules,Dis respecting staff

Why should you be unbanned?:I broke nlr Once in that entire arguement why would i be banned for 2 days for that ?

I just want to point out a few things then I will let the rest of the staff decide.

 

1. You did not show the whole sit. You missed a good 2 minutes from the start of the sit until you edited your recording or started your recording. You also missed another 2-3 minutes when I was talking to you using voice until I banned you.

 

2. The only reason it was a day ban for your friends and a 2 day ban for you was because you all were breaking NLR, you all disrespected me after I told you to stop, You (Leeroy) also killed me while breaking NLR, you all tried to find loop holes in the rules, you all wanted special treatment because you donated. You (Leeroy) were the only one who specifically tried to find loop holes in the rules claiming that is what lawyers do, while your friends claimed it was not NLR if they stayed outside the front door of the base and it was only NLR if they went inside the base. 

 

3. I know this isn't the first time I had a talk with Leeroy about NLR, I know the talk I had with him before wasn't recent and I did not give him a physical warning (I believe it was just verbal) but I remember having a sit with him in the past about NLR. 

 

At the end of the day you left out critical video evidence since it did not support your side of the story. You all did break NLR and you were all trying to find loop holes in the rules while bring disrespectful.

 

All the evidence I have to support my story is in the logs and the screenshots I have (Posted at the end), sadly I am on my laptop so I do not have shadowplay like I thought I did.

From the video evidence, it does seem like banning them for disrespect and what not was a little too much. Leeroy seemed polite about it and tried to do what he could to not get banned.

 

I did tell him that it would of been nice to see video evidence of the NLR in general as it would either make or break the appeal.

 

From Kraken's evidence it does seem like they broke NLR as Leeroy came back 1 minute later to kill Kraken again.

 

I was discussing this to Leeroy in Discord and I concluded to unban them all since he did seem sincere about it but now that you have actual killing evidence of them breaking NLR I think that at least a verbal warning - a few hour ban - day ban was justified.

 

My mistake is that I unbanned all three of them already since you weren't online when I came to look for you to talk about this. This is usually why I don't take apart in appeals without concrete evidence which people always seem to complain about "LOOK @ MY APPEAL I DID NUTTIN WRONG AND UR SEVR OWNER", yea this is why. My apologies, except I don't think I am going to re-ban them since it's already been done but if they break NLR again, feel free to re-ban them.

 

Also staff do have access to the "shownlr" command which shows their death time and position for their last 5 deaths which could of been helpful in this too
