Numerous screenshots help, a decently lengthed video helps too. Yes I am LostInPlace. Yes, I do troll sometimes. Thing is, I've been on TitsRP many, many times before and have been banned for a week or 2 usually each time. I admit I will come on and attempt to RP but it usually deteriorates to cancer. I really enjoy TitsRP and thought we had an understanding. I've always spoke highly of TitsRP and I accept my bans of a week or 2 and then come back at a later date and promote your server. Thing is, yes maybe I have caused a little mischief but overall I have respected staff and have caused no permanent harm. I was given a 26 week ban and I think that was excessive. I also would like to speak on behalf of Tingle. He really didn't do anything out of line. Yes, he fanboyed a little and spoke to me in the admin sit area and gave me a couple weapons I could have bought for myself but realisticly no serious harm was done. Yes, it is your server and you can run it any way you want but...I think you should reduce my ban to a week or 2 and I think you should not be so harsh with your punishement towards Tingle. He handled the situation pretty well IMO and I humbley ask that you give him his rank back and consider reducing my ban. If we/I were crossing a line, you could have said something and it would have stopped right there and then. I respect you guys at TitsRP, or at least I always have in the past. If you had said we were crossing a line, it would have ended right there I was fine untill tingle said "I LET HIM MASS RDM"... before you talking is ok but admins letting players mass RDM is a big NO. No innocent people were harmed. If you are certain that Tingle needs to banned and demoted for this then you and the other mod (i forget his name) are also complicit becuase you let it happen as well. The video evidence I provided proves this. At no point did you tell me to stop or tell Tingle to stop. If a ban/demotion is being delivered to Tingle, you are just as guilty for not stepping in and stopping it yourself. All it would have taken was a couple words from you and it would have stopped I would like my ban reduced but if that isn't going to happen, I won't lose any sleep over it. What does bother me is that you guys are acting like Tingle instigated the whole thing when all he did was be friendly to a streamer who brought 30+ people on the server. I wasn't trying to cause harm to your server, just have fun with my friends. If at any point if you had told me I was "crossing a line" I would have left. But you didn't. Tingle gave you guns and brought you to a place just for the sake of killing, even after in /ooc or // chat when he said I let him MASS RDM I said stop, I was un aware anything was wrong untill then, I was in a sit with you earlier about being chased and I assumed tingle was doing the same untill he said he was letting you MASS RDM. I did not give you guns, I did not admit to letting a player mass RDM, I did not bring for the sake of just chatting about MASS RDM, when he said that random stuff abut the birds and the bees as a joke I assumed that was all of it, A JOKE because tingle likes to joke a lot. I was there for a few mins and I saw you kill a guy because he exploited, I was OK with that the user was banned 30 seconds latter. Im sure someone higher up will view it and if they have any decency will see that they are over reacting here. Anyway my advice to you, in the future is that if a streamer joins the server and is doing something you don't want them to do......TELL THEM SO. You never said what I was doing was bothering anyone so it continued. I have owned servers and never wish to harm a fellow server. Had you just told me I wasn't wanted there...guess what. I'm gone.
