You were just pulled into a situation prior with AngelOfSin and was told to STOP harassing this little kid. Funny how he keeps coming back to us complaining right? You were being outright disrespectful to Me, AngelOfSin, and B4NNY. I had to resort to me telling you to shut the fuck up after every sentence because of you interupting me every single time. I asked you nicely to please back off this guy, and to seperate ways. You wanted to instigate him and try to get him mad, and what I was told by B4NNY is that you do it out of enjoyment to get him mad. AngelOfSin just dealt with you prior and told me the entire situation. This ban was just. I had to even Mute and Gag you after a certain point because of how rude you were to us. After that you started to jump around and tried to avoid the situation. As soon as you did that I froze you and told you yet again to just leave this kid alone, and to stop being disrespectful. As soon as I ungag/mute/freeze you, I see this: Funny right? This ban is JUST. We highly recommend dealing with this in an RP manor. You should not take what people say seriously on the internet. If DDoS threat, see 'crashing server'. Also being near a staff member while they are doing a sit on a roof is considered harassment, the staff member should move you away or ask you to go away first and if you do not comply then you can be warned, jailed, or even banned for an hour. Of course he didn't listen to me and banned you instead. You did harass B4nny so i would be ok if that was the reason but the fact that you were banned for 24 hours for staff disrespect wasn't right. I feel that a 12 hour ban for player harassment would be better but I'm not a full mod so i don't really have say in that department. I would also however like to add that Eric (michael) has bad habit of bringing me without my permission and even froze, gagged and muted another player who was trying to ask him about why Eric banned you and proceeded to bring me in the middle of my sit without asking me first. He also brought me to the sit that you were banned in without asking me first. EDIT: The situation with skyty has been explained to me better and i understand it now. I have witnesses, you called me retarded multiple times aswell as told me and benny to shut the fuck up. And yes, I did warn you MULTIPLE times to stop. After you didn't stop I gagged you because you wouldn't let me finish speaking or let benny speak. 24 is too much , I agree. 12 hours is the minimum tho. Your warnings were him telling you to stop, and muting/gagging you. You have always been a disresectful player. You should serve out your ban and learn from it. Maybe in the future you will stop being disrespectful. And Eric next time maybe only do a few hours (1-3) instead of a day. As much as I hate disrespect and I completely understand the situation. If the player doesn't learn from a short ban then that play might not learn at all. And after they come back from a short ban and they continue to disrespect then a day ban would be justified.
