If the guy kept returning to the base, especially as many times as described, I would ban him for mass NLR and mass harassment. If I kill an asshole and he returns to my front door and starts yelling at me, there's a possibility I'd kill him again. He should have called for staff and NOT returned to that base. I told him that the guy raided us he kept comming back, and the base was to Luvoni, and that I joined the server 10mins ago so that was why I didnt had a shop yet. And now I know that I should call an admin for NLR, but I was just helping LUvoni to finish his base and after that, I was planning to get my Guns store and make some cash. If you didn't own the base in anyway then don't counter raids in it, you have to be apart on the door to do that. I tried to be impartial but you weren't helping yourself by not adding any useful information to the sit. If you gave me some better/more useful information then maybe it wouldn't have led to this. And you seems to be pushing the Gun Dealer thing, but i got banned for ''unintentional RDM'' not ''basing as a Gun Dealer'', plus im pretty sure that you guys dont ban '' basing as a Gun Dealer'' for 1 week... There is no case of RDM in this story. We all agreed on the fact that the guy who kept comming was a dick, and just trying to be annoying, so why did you banned me 1 week for 'unintentional RDM'' ? I dont get it, why are you acting like I was a dick when you tped me ? I told you what I thought was important to told you. Plus, I dont have all the words for everything that I want to say. A good tip is that you should probably record/take screencaps if you think shit like this is going to happen( the motd also says "DO have some sort of video recording software if you ever report anyone"), people make sits for a simple rdm and when there is no proof then we can't help unless the logs give it away. When people have evidence then the sits can take a matter of minutes to finish, but when they don't then we have to check logs and hope that there is something there that shows that someone did something. Your story has to contest his, when his story checks out then that causes a lot of issues. When evidence is stacked against you then it seriously makes me think that you are lying to me. But when you have evidence that contests his then it kind of makes the sits a bit easier to decide who did what. The reason that the whole "basing as a gun dealer" is important is that you shouldn't have been there doing that in the first place, it wouldn't have caused so many issues if it wasn't for that. And like I said, I was helping my friend whos new to building a base in garrys mod to get started, I only did the outside of the base and you should have saw that if you saw his base.
