I peaked out from the first room into the streets to finish off a cop that was reloading. I did this twice. After peaking out the second time, big earl put me in a jail and then informed me via mic that shooting cops on the street was not allowed. After explaining via mic I was in a PD raid, he said that I was shooting non-PD on the street with the intention to kill them. I believe if I had shot any non-PD on the streets it it was crossfire. After not too much discussion, big earl decides to ban me without warning. The fact that this could pending be extended is seriously messed up to me. I don't understand how just killing the PD during a PD raid could be counted as Mass RDM; it's not random at all. Evidence: Regrettably, I do not have any footage. Mira Posted February 12, 2017 Share Posted February 12, 2017 I've come to the conclusion that this ban was 100% incorrect and unwarranted. It was the result of sloppy, lazy "investigative" "work" done by Big Earl. I've compiled my proof/evidence in this image. As I say in the bottom left corner, I do apologize for the mess - it's 6AM. I'm tired. Anyways, it's clear by looking at the kills I detailed below the logs that Kilstrom was the one rampantly RDMing, not City Boy. There was only one person (justreal) whom City Boy killed whose allegiance couldn't be immediately proven, until I saw the chatlog listed beneath "FINAL PROOF" - Justreal's name is in blue, meaning he is 100% a cop. With that said, it is proven that City Boy only ever killed police members in this PD raid, and it was Kilstrom who was rampantly RDMing at the time. Big Earl, this is downright shoddy moderator work, and I suggest in the future you take the time to maybe even half-ass a sit before marking down "lying in sit" on an improper ban. Additionally, perhaps next time you'll think twice before sticking an unconscious player into a weapons stand and refusing to help them out of it. Damage logs show him shooting like 6-8 people. Crossfire can only account for so much. I would like to point out that this is what I overheard and I am not actually involved. I was honestly a bit shaken on how surprising the ban was to think properly. If I'm repeating what Mira said, I apologize, but this needs to be crystal clear. My logs show that I had only repeatedly killed these three people after the PD raid started: justreal, nancybatistafernandez, and [sNG]Popov68, which all of these people show affiliation to being a cop. Kilstrom, on the other hand, killed: Indulge me, big earl, Zek, SimplyMinirapture, justreal, Vikial, and Le Moist, 7 different people in the same duration. The fact that justreal, Vikial, and Le Moist were killed by him, all either PD, or PD raiders, shows we were in the same location. Me peeking out of the PD could have just been a catalyst as big earl could've been just looking for somebody that's shooting on the street. If you don't feel like taking action on Kilstrom, fine. Even if this is true, the main issue is that Big Earl took action on the sit in a minimal amount of time, without even stopping to consider City Boy's story (and, in fact, chalked it up to lies), or even investigate the situation surrounding Kilstrom that was unfolding during the sit, as the console logs show. If anything, we should wait for Moist's input on the situation. Earl gave this ban little to no thought, I was not one of the spectators but the logs clearly showed damage to civilians but only SWAT killed. If he was intentionally aiming for citizens while fighting police, why were only police killed? Armored police, at that. I highly doubt that if he took down 4 cops that he couldn't finish off the civilians he "intentionally aimed" at. This was crossfire. I don't have any problems with earl personally, but this ban and others he's made make it seem like he's dropping heavy punishments with a lack of insight into the problem. Semi-related, the ban was for Mass RDM, yet only proper targets were actually DM'd. Is damaging uninvolved people, but not killing them RDM? Moist Posted February 12, 2017 Share Posted February 12, 2017 I have no affiliation with City Boy, however, in the situation of Kilstrom, the screenshot shows that I jailed him because of his act of "pd raid" even though there was a PD RAID already happening. I jailed him to get more info on why he killed me, I explained to him what "/advert assist" is and was let go because it was a misunderstanding on his end. He was later on banned for Mass RDM for another act of treason of CP. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Before making a final decision on this ban appeal, I do believe this ban appeal and all I do know is that you adverted pd raid during someone else's pd raid (wow pd raid^56). I do not know whether you hurt innocents on purpose or accidental because there was a huge argument between Big Earl and another moderator, but it was not my case. I was handling other cases from the civilians of titsrp. I will make a final decision on this ban appeal when Big Earl's reply with his side of the story on your case. Regards.
