There was a Alien Comitting MNLR and thy started swarming me so i used Advert Stay back 1/2/3 to everyone trying to follow me including 2 PPL trying to kidnap me so after i shot them down thy made a Vote to Ban but it was 6/7 vote wirh 7 agents me so PPL knew it was a Fals Ban. Who warned/banned you? The logs do not show them as adverts, but as local chats, which would give him the right to ban him for MRDM. But also this isn't mass rdm. Mass is 3+ and melan should know that. Granted he shouldn't have killed the alien because he had only just ran up to him, the kill on melan appears valid because melan was attempting to use a kidnap swep. The alien could be rdm, but if his story of the aliens mnlring is true then its understandable why he killed him. @Melancholiacan you provide us some more context and any logs you downloaded or still have if you are online? Or evidence of the mass nlr, but otherwise it doesn't really seem to matter anyway as the vote was called under a false pretense. Melan knows better than that, to boot the alien was warned several times. You can hear Mel use the kidnapping swep as well making him already kos (firing / attempting.) My only concern outside of the standard for death logs. is understanding why you immediately warned the alien.
