I was falsely banned for Ptox, despite the other guy saying it was him. I was not shown a clip, and was falsely told I was running around calling the player a pedophile without evidence. The other player also lied saying I was told to leave them alone, I was told yesterday to leave them alone for twenty to thirty minutes. And I did. And Choom was there for the weird questions being asked by the other player the day before. He heard the conversation and called it weird, after I said I was a minor I was asked "Do you have a granny kink? You're making me 'all hot and bothered'" whatever that means, after I said I was a minor, even then I did not call her a pedophile, Choom was there and knows I never once did.

You also left out the part where you agreed with your friend that they are all old and should die and be cremated and you are saying "yeah" "yeah" "yeah, they did ask a couple weird questions to us " "yeah". You are in a call with your friend knowingly agreeing with everything he is saying in the game. This still falls under harassment and ptox

You were told to leave them alone then you could go back and be around them without breaking rules. Instead of listening to Chooms advice you and your friend went back and started making baseless accusations towards them and continuing to harass them 

Aside from that yes, it is my fault for misreading the name and banning you for that accusation, The report that was made had you directly CC'd into the report for doing so and when I reviewed the video I did not full screen it but rather heard the audio and didn't fully read the name. When I spectated you both you and basedgod were mic spamming and harassing this user for a while in the Mafia Casino. You know for a fact that you are involved in this in some form since you and basedgod are in a discord call together while all of this is going on. With the information I provided you are still agreeing with your friend that they should die and that they are pedophiles. This is not something we joke about on the server. Which is why you both received a ban. I would honestly think your buddy should receive a longer ban than his 2 weeks which I will look into but as for you I will leave this up to the rest of the staff to gather their opinions on this situation.

I cannot control what somebody else does, I did not tell him to play that audio. I was literally doing karaoke, singing random songs while he was doing that. I never once said it was true or told him to do it. Furthermore it is not harassment, we have been basing in the casino as Mafia for battle passes and quests related to mafia. They have continued to bother us, they raided us over 4 times in an hour, called over 20 admin sits in one day to get us in trouble, my previous post was about this same thing, I was kicked for not allowing people into my base. They are doing the exact same thing, neither person is in the right. Still they continue trying to paint me as this big villain, I didn’t play for a week straight, I come back to play mafia leader because I have the pet, they were the ones who kept coming to our base and messing with us.  I even made a report yesterday because the mafia boss was bugged and wouldn’t do commands so I couldn’t do my battle pass level. None of the audios I was playing were ‘disgusting’ I was only playing songs and doing said karaoke, they could have muted me at any point, but instead they would instigate by shit talking me at any point. Telling me to shut the fuck up, fuck off, and other sorts of things. I never once said they were a pedophile, I told the situation to CrazyGerald who called it pedophilia, I did not call it that. Once again, I am not responsible for someone else saying that, furthermore I was called a pedophile by them, I unfortunately don’t have a clip because I only recently got Metal. This whole situation has just become a back and forth, people were messing with them over two weeks ago, I was not involved but they still said I was, I was not running around town calling her a pedophile like she said. There is no clip or video of me calling anybody a pedophile, because it was the guy I was with. Not me, as he said in the sit.  I also have no recollection of them saying they should die, I don’t believe I ever said that, and in that clip I am saying something that I end with yeah, not responding to him. I say they are old, which they have said they are, I said “they are old, and they were asking weird questions yesterday, so yeah” that was in reference to his first sentence of calling them old and weird, after that I did not talk as the clip shows, I only said I didn’t know Cash1 was 19. But if you listen I was ending my sentence with agreements that they were weird. Not the pedophilia or death parts, because I did not respond to them.

Your friend which you were in a discord call with was saying these people should die and will be cremated all while you're going "yeah" "yeah" "yeah they were also saying some weird stuff to us yesterday" right as your friend calls them pedophiles. You are directly involving yourself in your friends actions. You were told by Choom to cease all harassment to them, the next day you decide to do the exact same thing with your friend to them.

And if you listen to the clip I’m saying that I think they’re weird and old, I did not mean that they should die. Which is why I don’t respond to the other things he said, I was only responding to the old and weird part. If you listen to the clip I finish my sentence in reference to the first part, but do not respond to the other parts. I don’t have clips, but I was in the discord telling him not too, but that is technically hearsay, but I personally did not call them pedophiles or say that they should die.

I said it was not me, I don’t know how I would prove I didn’t do that,  the machines were locked yesterday, they called an admin and I showed it was not me. I didn’t even know how to lock a machine because I don’t go to the underground casino, I never did when I played mafia because It was not a mafia base. It was explained to me yesterday by choom while they were trying to fix it. I don’t know how I would prove it was not me without logs.

Just seems to me this "quest" that you guys are working on is to harass the group of players who are usually in this casino. You and your friend are making a trend here.
