is a base defender allowed to re lock doors after being breached clearify

i had a question for rubik but if someone is bein raided is the defender allowed to come out and relock the door? The attacker pushed up all the way and retreated back and the defender pushed up and re locked the doors from my understanding there isnt rules about it and was taking their word    cause they said that it delays the raid time but the people that was raiding was all mods/ had CCs and im sure have more then a simple lockpick to re entry back in

 

 

 kinda confusing how alot of rules are?? cause it seems to be rules are in place yes but sadly its mainly 1 sided which is intened for the better person/raider   i have talked to a handful of people and they feel the same way about such things i havent personally went threw all the rules to much for me to comprehend so i been slowly learning them over time 

 

i was told by someone that its allowed and admins said it is not allowed along with that i dont think there was rules that said u cant based off what someone had said

If you kill a member/base owner, and they come back, its NLR. Regardless if they're spectating, its still breaks NLR to return to the raid district. If that party member has not been killed, and is on the doors of that base, they can lock the door. Of course, you can kill that person during that raid. But if they died, and came back, its against the rules and breaks NLR. 

If they're re locking their own doors after its been lock picked mid raid, and they have not been killed, its not against the rules. (Use a breaching spas to blow the door down!)

You can make the argument that spam locking/spamming e on the doors as someone is using a lock pick on it isn’t allowed because they have no way to actual get in

This would fall under needing a special tool outside of a lock pick or keypad cracker

 

IIRC theres a previous case where Jason Bourne/ aflicto gaming got demoted from staff because he was abusing this mechanic and couldn’t accept that it wasn’t allowed

As much as I fucking despise this guy. His response is completely correct. Both with spamming doors not being allowed as well as locking the doors not being allowed.

Solution: Let us relock doors if you can during a raid but do not allow spamming them if it make it so a player can't access a base without using alternative items
