What is considered attacking other citizens?

The fine: disturbance of peace, is just a lenient way to deal with people kissing. Since they would be AOS/KOS anyways. So does, or should pissing on someone be considered an attack aswell, or atleast a disturbance of the peace? Per US law, forcefully urinating on someone is considered assult, attack, battery and also includes sexual offenses. In the TitsRP rules it is not defined though. Since kissing is already KOS/AOS, pissing on someone should be disruption of peace since that fine would be useless otherwise. I also feel like it is common sense. A mod pointed out that the fine may just include actions that actually effecting other peoples gameplay, but why would it be named disrupting the peace then? In Motd Disrupting the peace is actually considered an illegal activity with the definition: Causing a disturbance in public space or highly populated area, which pissing on someone would definietly cause a disturbance in a public place.

To my knowledge you have had 2 staff members explain this to you already. 

 

Pissing on someone does not have an affect whatsoever. Disturbing the peace is generally for Kissing/Micspam or spamming job sweps like clown horn or trumpet. 

 

You have plenty of reasons with or without laws that you could fine someone, this is just reaching for extras at this point.

Hmmmm but this is a very serious role play server. If we relate this to real life with cops, pissing would be a disturbance to the peace. Imagine walking down the road seeing a man pissing on a public sidewalk. That sure would disturb me!

Pissing on someone doesnt damage the player, it doesnt stun them, it doesnt hinder them in anyway.
This entire post is just so you can get people to agree with you while you are upset that you didnt have it your way. If we pull up ur priors and history and notes then you have been false fining people and alot of other stuff. This is TitsRP not the US government. Even if you wanna bring up the rp part, since when does the US have a mastersword, sbc canon, invis swep, potions and all other added content. Please lets all just get along and follow the rules

I am not saying this to clown you, because we all make mistakes. I am trying to give you advice and tell you how you acted. The way i say it can be a bit harsh on people sometimes but thats the way i talk. Also i told you that if you dont agree with a punishment you should make a appeal not a discussion. I hope we can prevent stuff like this from happening in the future
