The fine: disturbance of peace, is just a lenient way to deal with people kissing. Since they would be AOS/KOS anyways. So does, or should pissing on someone be considered an attack aswell, or atleast a disturbance of the peace? Per US law, forcefully urinating on someone is considered assult, attack, battery and also includes sexual offenses. In the TitsRP rules it is not defined though. Since kissing is already KOS/AOS, pissing on someone should be disruption of peace since that fine would be useless otherwise. I also feel like it is common sense. A mod pointed out that the fine may just include actions that actually effecting other peoples gameplay, but why would it be named disrupting the peace then? In Motd Disrupting the peace is actually considered an illegal activity with the definition: Causing a disturbance in public space or highly populated area, which pissing on someone would definietly cause a disturbance in a public place.

I was Votebanned by WKUK after privateley and jokingly saying to an ICE colleague that we maybe shouldnt help against the revolt too much so that the mayor dies, beacause we didnt like him. WKUK must have heard me say that, even though i was in pd. And his first thought was ofcourse to get me banned. Not because he was the mayor, not because i wanted to harm the mayor, not because i was actually letting the revolters in... No! I didnt even get to leave the room i was in before i got banned, nor did the revolt actually reach me, meaning i didnt even act in the way that is described as the reason for what i was banned (siding with revolters as cop). I was just jokingly saying something in private. Even if he could consider me verbally saying something as that actually being meant serious, i still didnt actually side with the revolters in action and banning me for it would be against freedom of speech. Even in a reallife sceneario, if you said lets not help the president to survive, you would only get demoted and shamed not put in prison or whatever you see as the irl equivalent to being banned. He also added the reason FailRP which i guess is about the same thing, because i was literally just standing in a room in pd not doing anything. The reason i dont understand is NLR. It must be about something earlier but i genuienely cant figure out what he means by that, because nothing happened. Now i feel the appropriate reaction would have been to tell the mayor in charachter, or tell me to not say that and demote me. Now you could argue that it was a voteban, but i can guarantee you that for any ban atleast ten people will vote in favor, just because they like banning others. Mind that i havent interacted with anyone outside of pd for like 15 mins. No one even knew me except for a couple of cops who voted in my favor. This false banning has happened the same day earlier already. I think that the voteban option should either be removed entirely or only go through with a 80% majority. Also someone higher up should talk to WKUK please. Sorry for my grammar. English is my second language.
