I was unbanned but i still cant join the server

Whenever i try to join the server it stops at two bars right before authenticating with steam and this is preventing me from joining only a couple other servers as well. I think i am IP banned maybe my steam ID is still blocked according to the server. An admin did accept my ban appeal as well. is there anything i could do to actually join the server?

You're not banned but if you're still having issues connecting to the server could you provide me with a trace route privately in DMs? It would really help the server host trace the issue. DM me the results privately. Don't post them here.
